Chocolate slight Cake

Well, to be exact, more or less light

To cook it you will need:

280 gr. chocolate (I used Netle Desserts)

25 grams of butter

6 eggs (5 if they are large)

25 gr. icing.

We start melting  100 grams of chocolate. once it is molten  we extend it  over a baking paper . When it is completely cold we cut chips. Today I have done and could have been conprisa better, another day will be.

Now we go to for the cake

Beat the egg whites until stiff with 10 grams of powdered sugar (a pinch of salt helpsset the egg whites)

Then whisk the egg yolks with remaining sugar until it begins to whiten.

On the other hand the rest of melted chocolate. Add the yolks and then whites.

Aside a quarter (approximately) of the obtained mass and put it in the fridge (it will belike a mousse that will be used to cover the cake)the remainder is placed in a baking dish of 20 cm. greased, no flour, and we will put itin the oven at 150 degrees for 30 minutes, it must be a bit raw inside, just a little.

Once cooked and cold, remove the mold, and covered or lined (as long as you have,with the mouse, put the chips on top and ready.

Does the mint?
