Infallible cupcakes

Last week I received an e-mail in which someone, I could not say if he was men or women “todocomo @ com …”(allaeat@…com” complained, not without reason, that last time I upload few recipes.
Well my friend, the reason is very simple, or not, last months I have had to overcome an identity crisis.
After a lifetime demonstrating against the Thermomix, now I must change my arguments.
Earlier I explained that it had an intruder in my kitchen if visti this article you will see that next to the Thermomix was a mixer. Well, this mixer had exactly 8 days at home, thenI returned it two days. Why? Because although I still had to spend many weeks and many tests with the Thermomix, my subconscious was telling me, ‘return it now that you’re still on time.
I must clarify that my personal war against Thermomix was not so much against the device itself, which for obvious reasons I was unable to test, as all persons in my surroundings (with only two excepcions) had not went beyond the crepes mass or the lemon sorbet, and to top it all / they belonged to the group “I will not cook” or “I do not like cooking.”
Since then I had with her great successes and great failures. I think that I tried almost everything, sauces, puddings, pastries, rice, meat, fish, vegetables etc. . . There are things for which the thermomix simply no, definetely no. … But there are others…
One of the great successes are the cupcakes, along my life I have baked I have done many, many, cupcakes, but never so good and beautiful like these.
You can do it without thermomix, but it is so quick and easy….
To bake them you will need:
6 eggs
300 grams sugar
300 grams of flour
1 tablespoon yeast
and 250 gr of butter

Add eggs and sugar (I spent a lot of recipes like “10 seconds speed progressive 5-7-9) but I prefer my own way: 2 minutes, 3 speed, temperature 60 (this is very important because it greatly facilitates the work)

Then add the flour and kneaded for a couple of minutes

Roughly half add the yeast, without stopping the machine

After back to back the launch a couple of minutes and I added the butter, as it comes out of the refrigerator, cut into small pieces.

And that’s all.
As the dough is warm butter melts easily and you could fill the molds, which I do directly from the pouring cup..

Fill the molds at about half

Sprinkle a bit of sugar

And put in the oven, 180 degrees, for 12 minutes if the molds are large or medium, 10 minutes is they are small.
Then gets a little water in the Thermomix, 100 degrees for about 30 seconds and 9 speed. And with this a clear and all is clean again.
I admit, I was convinced, but you can not imagine how it hurts me to recognize specially when my friend Angeles, its rightful owner, reclaim it me, because at the end I’m going to have to buy a new one.
