Peppers and auberginie pie
Yesterday while my sons awaited the planned Barça’s victory in front the TV I went to the kitchen to bake a pie.
First of all we need Escalivada (it’s the Catalan name for roasted vegetable, in fact for vegetables roasted on flame) but you also can do it in the oven.

Olive oil 50 ml
lard 50 gr
Water 1/4 cup
A bit off salt
Yeast 20 gr
Flour 500 gr
a pinch of sugar
Melt all ingredient less water it must be added gradually. Let one’s pastry go down for 20 minutes. Just in time to listen

sprinkle oregano and a bit off olive oil, salt, pepper and you can put it in the oven.
