EspañolToday we have had a silly idea. This morning we have gone to Leroy Merlin to buy a tool.
At 10.10 am we were there but we couldn’t access into the parking.
Why? because this year “Semana Santa” (your Easter holidays) is absolutely soggy, it is raining every day, and also because we are on crisis.
You must bear in mind closer to Leroy Merlin there are other great shopping center as Carrefour, Decathlon and Ikea.
To explain you the reason today so many people decided to spent thier at Leroy Merlin is so easy.
… to call a carpenter for this?. No way, I can do it. Tomorrow we will go to Leroy looking for the necessary tools, and on Sunday it will be ready (I doubt it)
Ikea is another thing. On crisis time nothing better than Ikea.
The cars trying to access into Catalonia’s Swedish stronghold te most were occupied for families.
After leaving the car, the whole family can enjoy with Ikea’s services. I am not referring to transport or assembly service, not. Nowadays most people goes to Ikea to enjoy children and to eat. then, their first stop is the restaurant.

Obviously broth, which is free.
The next step is to leave children in playroom and while the creatures enjoy painting Eastern eggs, making clay figurines or painting their own faces, dads can enjoy themselves testing sofas, chairs, stools or measuring shelves until lunchtime.

After lunch it is time to test the Ikea’s mattresses
At mid-afternoon is time for some “Torrijas” (a tipycal desset on Easter time) for children two donuts €4.
I do not want to stay here, I get bored.
My dear no beating, we have to go kitchen department and there is always full of people.
While the kids torment monitor once again, dads can focus all their attention choosing between Abstrakt and Askome models, opening all drawers and cupboards, and discussing whether to change or not the oven site.

About 6pm is time for a cheesecake with coffee € 5.90
At 8pm
OMG it’s too late. It is time for dinner.

In the end the cost to enjoy a family day is about 27 euros adding a lovely and stupid candle set.
At 11am we were at home again with empty-handed.
