
As I promised here is the second recipe.
These cookies are more spongy, less crunchy and the nougat taste less, but they are also good. These are different.
This recipe is not a step-by-step because to cook them is so easy.
You need:
Butter 180 gr.
two eggs
rock-hard nougat (turrón de Alicante) 300 gr.
Glass sugar 100 gr. and
Flour 100 gr
Work the nougat as previous recipe
Mix all ingredients.
To make myself seem interesting I could say: Separe yolk and white, beat butter with sugar until it deserves creamy. But, in fact last Friday I put all ingredients into the kneading and went to do other things.
Make small balls (nut size) roller them with glass sugar and put them on an oven plate flattening it a bit.
Like that.

Put in the oven during 12 minutes 180 degrees and that’s all.

Buscando una receta para aprovechar la tableta de turrón he llegado a tu blog. He variado un pelín la receta, montando las claras y sin poner nada de azúcar (excepto por encima). Han quedado muy ricas, las hemos tomado para merendar y han gustado mucho en casa. No son duras, al menos hoy, si llegan a mañana ya veremos, me han recordado una tarta de Santiago de las jugositas.
