My Brownies

At the moment my friend the most part eats steamed fish, grilled chicken, salad without oil and in extreme situations only air.
For that reason I believe this is the best moment to publish “my” brownies recipe. I say: “my”, because there are as brownies recipes as silicone mold has my friend Cristine, by the way she doesn’t cook.
I like chocolate (Who doesn’t) I tried several recipes but this one has done the best results, and what’s more is the easiest.
OK With you, “My” Brownies.
You will need:
Black chocolate, frosting chocolate 200 gr.
Sugar, 100 gr
Butter, 100 gr
Flour 75 gr (If you put a bit more doesn’t happen)
Nut 75 gr , and Baking powder only a coffee spoon.
Let’s go
First of all melt the chocolate with the butter. The serious cook always says that chocolate must be meld. I employ the microwave. One minute, stir a bit, one minute more and OK.
Now you can add the sugar.
The eggs….
Put the mixture in a mold like that. The mixture must have no more thumb higher.
Obviously oven must be hot 180 degrees for 25 minutes if you don’t wish eating a brick wall. This is the result.
